   <br> Hello! I'm very new to TikiWiki and had a question related to an error I've been getting. I recently upgraded my version of TikiWiki, but for some odd reason the theme have doubled (I don't know how to better word it) to where the header at the top and the footer appear twice. It's this way no matter what theme I change it to. Hopefully someone else has had this happen to them and knows how to fix it.

   Generator_: wiki-put is handled by WikiPut.php page, but I can not figure out which particular function is handling the wiki page creation/database communication. Some one please give me some direction. Thank you.
   jonnyb: hi Generator_ is this in mailin? Sorry, no real idea but the createPage that's usually used is in tikilib (still, for historical reasons!)

   jonnyb: i think i'd step through the code in TikiMailInActionWikiPut::execute with one of the offending page names being created and see what it think the page name should be - prosumably it's got some chars encoded incorrectly and the database refuses to save it?

   jonnyb: seems i get an sql error "Illegal mix of collations" and the tiki_user_mailin_struct is using utf8_general_ci where all the others are using utf8_unicode_ci
