A question about strings: When there's an apostrophe in a string in a .php file like
throw new Services_Exception_Denied(tr('You don't have permission to create new items'));
It has to be escaped, right? like '
just like double quotes in {tr}Click on the "Edit" button{/tr} 		[11:18]

luciash, chibaguy : yep, that's right, except for using "proper" double quotes is not better per se. It is less performant, because PHP will then look for variables it has to expand. So: as long as there is no variable in the string, it is better to use single quotes and escape apostrophes. 		[15:20]

amette_Tiki 14.1 -> Admin -> Modules : Clicking on a wrench icon next to a module just makes the browser jump to the top of the page and nothing else. Also the Log in box doesn't open up, when I click on "Log in", which seems to be a related issue. Anybody has any idea what that might be? [19:25]
