   <br> the one thing i wondered about was the category id's are integers and the pref it's checking agains are strings, so maybe explicitely converting the $cat var into a string might work for you - do you want to try?
   <br> on lib/smarty_tiki/function.html_body_attributes.php line 67, change in_array($cat, $prefs[... to in_array("$cat", $prefs[... (i.e. add double quotes around the $cat variable)
