hi
can you help me to create a form please ?
amette_: Depends on what exactly you want to do. What do you mean by "form"?
xiaolin: formulaire
a questionnaire
in our site
amette_: You mean form like an HTML form?
xiaolin: yes
amette_: And where should it post to?
Where should the input data be saved?
Are you familiar with Trackers?
xiaolin: to our site http://www.chairedelimmateriel.u-psud.fr/tiki-index.php
no I want to know how to use tracker
Do you speak chinese?
nelsonko: joined #tikiwiki
amette_: No, sadly I don't.
And I wouldn't know of anyone else in here speaking Chinese...?!
xiaolin: english oK
amette_: Have you read https://doc.tiki.org/Trackers <- there is the complete step-by-step process to work with trackers.
nelsonko: joined #tikiwiki
xiaolin: Yes, I read, but I think the version of our site http://www.chairedelimmateriel.u-psud.fr/tiki-index.php is very old, I couldn't find tracker
just a form, i think it's the same function
amette_: You need to activate the feature.
jonnyb: joined #tikiwiki
xiaolin: I have done
amette_: So then it's there.
xiaolin: but I create, but I can't see the manuel
HI
you are there
Check the box to re-import in this tracker and change the fields.
I think it is the problem
Because each time when I add a field, it mentioned 'Check the box to re-import in this tracker and change the fields.'

amette_: A fresh upgrade to 15.x with feature Score and the user ranking module gives a MySQL query error because it checks if $prefs['feature_score_expday'] is empty in tikilib->rank_users() and then uses the wrong query due to the pref not being empty, but a zero-length string. What is the right way to fix this?
As a matter of fact... it _should_ work. A zero length string should be empty?! :O
Ah... no, it does evaluate correctly... line numbers are hard to get right... :P
ok, so, the values for "limit" and "offset" in the SQL-query are being quoted, which apparantly counts as a MySQL syntax error. Lines 1313 and 1328 in tikilib.php - how can I fix that?
jonnyb : still there? Please see my last line here in the channel --^
jonnyb: hi amette_ yes, still here...
amette_: Cool, then we'll get this fixed quickly, I suppose. ;)
jonnyb: you cleared caches? prefs should get reset when you do that
if they're properly written that is...
amette_: Yes, I did, but it's apparantly not about the pref at all.
The built SQL query ends like this: order by `score` desc limit '10' offset '0';
jonnyb: there were a bunch of errors that aarrived with that new score stuff :(
amette_: If I change it to: order by `score` desc limit 10 offset 0; <- without the quotes, it works
note the missing single quotes around the values for limit and offset
I tried the queries directly in MySQL to figure that out.
jonnyb: is the code using the proper db access stuff, of just manually assembled sql?
amette_: But how to tell fetchAll to do it properly?
jonnyb: it does usually
amette_: well, it uses fetchAll... looks kinda proper to me, but I'm not sure what the proper way nowadays would be.
jonnyb: ok, i'll have a quick look...
try $this->fetchAll($query, array((int) $limit, (int) $start));
amette_: I tried, didn't do any good. But let me try again.
yep, my code still had that in it, doesn't help
Tiki|bot: Recent Bug: - http://dev.tiki.org/item5811
jonnyb: on both lines? 1330 as well just in case?
forcing the bindvars to be ints should mean it doesn't add the quotes i thought
amette_: nope, doesn't change anything
I also typecast it before the queries, no luck
jonnyb: btw, a zero-length string counts as empty for php
amette_: yep, I figured that one out, too - which then led me to find the proper error
jonnyb: weird - making them ints should work
amette_: (I was wondering how that could not count as empty, but it felt like the problem at first - jumping to conclusions too fast)
jonnyb: srry, can't do more now, in the middle of other stuff (localhost not working currently)
amette_: Well, I typecast them before and var_dumped them, they are being shown as int, but the error persists.
alright, no worries, but thanks for having a look!
In case you want to reproduce: it's enough to activate feature Score and try to assign the Most active Users module
jonnyb: looks like it might be related to http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/56999
amette_: That's the one that added the non-working queries.
Not sure it is the actual bug though... that "limit ? offset ?" should work imho.
or maybe not... it's the only place in the whole of tiki that tries to use it in this way
