thanks Jonny, much better
It's still a bit weird

«page name» «page description» «page content

[FIX] Don't ask me why but "galleryId" returned by list_file_galleries actually gives the parentId (because it is analogous to files, since it uses get_files) so action log was showing the parent's name instead of the correct file gallery name. jonnyb: Jyhem_laptop: well the description might be useful no? Also, which other types of object have descriptions (you're talking about wiki pages i guess?)
i was wondering if the returned snippet should have nl2br done on it which would separate out the various parts... Jyhem_laptop: jonnyb: the description is useful once, not doubled
yes, thats a wiki page

which is not particularly nice either jonnyb: tracker items have contents field Jyhem_laptop: Yup, I was about to report the same jonnyb: maybe a better fix would be to use $content['contents'] if set or the other stuff if not? Jyhem_laptop: user also have [content]

[FIX] search: Better handling #3 for ugly search results for mysql engine - remove description as it is repeated in the contents field gezza: hope i described it clear :) jonnyb: you need to point your document root at the folder you want as root - i don't think htaccess can do that
but i may be wrong - anyone else? amette_ ?
or you have to do an ugly whole page iframe "redirect" gezza: i have a .htaccess file in the public_html/ that sends requests to the subfolder amette_: hi guys, hey gezza :) gezza: and there is the tiki .htaccess in the subfolder amette_: Just set your document root to subfolder/
or more precisely to /path/to/your/document/root/subfolder gezza: how do I do that using cPanel? amette_: Uh, no idea about cpanel..
Somewhere in Domain configuration or such?
Domain/VirtualHost/etc.
Or maybe cpanel doesn't allow changing the document root (would make sense), then you need to go the RewriteRule route gezza: the host recommended this:
RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www.)?oregional.hu$ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/oregional_hu_tiki/ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /oregional_hu_tiki/$1
but it is not "masking" the subfolder
just redirecting jonnyb: i think cpanel will let you change the doc root for a subdomain, not sure about the main one though gezza: tiki has its own htaccess, can it get confused by the other .htaccess file (which is placed in the public_html folder)
normal subdomains are fine, the main one does not work amette_: hmm, maybe, but it shouldn't.. could be though, depending on the case jonnyb: i finally worked out a little script for moving everything out of the root into a /oldsite and everything in /newtestingsite into the root - maybe that would help (if you have shell access)? gezza: no shell here jonnyb: be very careful though, it's bed if it goes wrong :P https://doc.tiki.org/upgrade#Shell_Commands_for_swapping_versions_around amette_: hmm, ok, those RewriteRules look good, but they go after the wrong problem...
