You have to enter the Realname in the user's profile, not in the PluginUserlist and you have to activate the preference "use real name instead of user name if available" (or so) in /tiki-admin.php => page community I guess. in /tiki-admin.php you can use a search function to find preferences across the admin sections. # | [03:18] |

I do indeed experiment with newsletter and with plain text. I'd like to send HTML first and plain text below. And my newsletter (especially the preview and the archived versions) is looking different depending on the software I view it. I do NOT have the same problem with receipients that you describe - sent to all subscribers on my side. bchauchat: are you registered on tiki.org?
