Polom everyone !
Hi fabricius :-) have you had any genius idea about my html publication, by any chance ? ;-) luciash: polom
hi Padlock Bsfez: joined #tikiwiki Padlock: Hi luciash !
Oh maybe you know something about this luciash, since we talked about this once : now that I have finally managed to insert bits of xml code in wiki pages, do you know how I could make it displayed with an automatic indentation, as it usually is the case when code is displayed ? Our devs think it lacks in clarity without indentation.... luciash: Padlock: if you copy paste it with indentation (spaces or tabs) it should be retained in the CODE wikiplugin
Padlock: there is no "tidy" param for the CODE plugin afaik Padlock: I will try again but I'm not sure this works :/ luciash: I am pretty sure it works at least in wiki edit mode fabricius: Helllo Padlock
oh left luciash: hallo fabricius :) fabricius: Hi luciash: I testes the XML in CODE on a show instance yesterday luciash: good, and?
result? fabricius: and indeed, when you have the XML in CODE and you switch from WYSIWYG to WIKI editor on edit and then save, the XML is deleted from the page.
In case there is non-XML like WikiSyntax in the CODE, the rest of the CODE plugin stays as it is, but in case only XML is in the CODE plugin, the {CODE()}<xml></xml>{CODE} will be replaced by {code} ... as far as I have seen
I think, a plugin should not lose content when you edit the page, even when you switch between the editors Tiki-KGB: 03luciash r61677 10branches/ 1016.x/templates 1016.x/tiki-minichat_ajax.php 1016.x/templates/modules/mod-minichat.tpl 1016.x

In trunk, after the recent commits. luciash: chibaguy: good point chibaguy: Seems like conversion to normal human text is needed.
(and maybe a problem for translations?) luciash: chibaguy: I think Jonny will figure out ;)
chibaguy: guess - just some part from the plugin _info function is missing? jonnyb: pompom - que?

In using firefox we still come across strange issues where content disappears, one of our developers indicated they tracked the problem down to some code that looks at image plugins and assumes it is surrounded
a regular expression is used to remove any code in between this div tag, and it will remove the code. This means he said any code in the div will get deleted, and if the following div tag is missing all code up to the next closing div tag will get deleted
He said after changing the regular expression it only partially fixes the problem, and think there is code on the backend doing the same thing. We searched around for a bug report on this but couldn't find anything
does this ring any bells for anyone?
Our document editors are reporting they are loosing hours at a time fighting these types of issues.
That is content randomly dissapearing or the formatting going haywire when editing using the WYSIWYG editor Tiki|bot: Recent Bug: - http://dev.tiki.org/item6298
