[KIL] wiki: Remove previous defective feature_hidden_links for anchor links (from r48367) and replace with wiki_heading_links added recently.

Jyhem, Jyhem_laptop : I have a Tiki 12 that throws a 500 when switching to French as a language. Problem is line 149 in templates/tiki-page_bar.tpl in which it says "{tr}{$atts|@count} files attached{/tr}" - removing the {tr}{/tr} fixes it. Any ideas!? 		[17:18]

and I get lang/de/language.php:"{$atts|@count} files attached" => "{$atts|@count} angehängte Dateien",
so I don't understand why it fails in french and not in german
unless you have an outdated lang/fr/language.php with different content 		[18:20]
