[20:14] Tiki-KGB [FIX] filegals: tiki_p_list_file_galleries is used in \FileGalLib::get_files as an object permission, but was causing errors as it wasn't being found in \TikiLib::get_perm_object for a filegal. Plus it makes sense to be able to control listing of galleries within a particular gallery (i think)
