[FIX] trackers: When updating tracker items ActivityLib::recordEvent tries to store an encoded copy of all the fields in a single BLOB field, but each tracker field can be that long, and both new and old values are duplicated for some reason (with permNames see r50390), so remove the field values if too big before triggering the update/create event.
Also webservice fields are not needed for notifications or item history so remove them first as they are often large.

Tiki|bot: Recent Bug: - http://dev.tiki.org/item6361
RadoS: Moin, in the apache2 error I find a few of these: "No route found - full:http..." with various paths like "vendor/jquery/plugins/jquery-validation/dist/jquery.validate.js query:," and other jquery stuff, any idea where this comes from and how to disable it?

RadoS: Probably unrelated, but a few users get the "blank page" effect while others can work "normally". In "Troubleshooting" it says "Also, make sure to activate your error messages.". I did that, yet there are no messages to see, the source is totally empty. How to approach this?
"blank page after login".
The Log doesn't carry a "login" entry for those cases, even though the User+PW are accepted (as opposed to wrong credentials it says "denied").
Now... while I was typing the above I noticed for the unsuccessful users it always logged "Creating external group xyz" (of which the users are members), nothing else, it stopped. I deleted that group, now those users can login, and the log additionally has entries like "Adding user abc to external group xyz".
Sooo, something must have been broken with that group. If I were to face that situation again, how to figure out what's broken?
Hmmm... wwe some other "small effects" after a mysql update... in such a case, must we update something tiki-wise?
