| chibaguy | The PHP scss compiler isn't very verbose about errors (ATPIT). I downloaded a free application - http://scout-app.io - which gives good feedback for SCSS compiling.

| chibaguy | Interesting regression kind of thing: Bootstrap 4 uses Flexbox so columns in the source are in the same order as in the page. But this causes the left column to display on top when they stack in a narrow screen.
