Hello. I am wondering how I can drop modules around (like from left to right column) in tiki15 LTS.

Ah, seems I had to through all upgrade wizard steps to get that working. Telesight: joined #tikiwiki Jyhem: PhilBack: Settings → Modules
Also, there is a shortcup on the top caret which opens in a list where you find a "Modules" entry alos
