hi all I have finally nailed down the issue i have been haviing with very slow page saving after compring and exporting/importing tables one by one it was so do with a notification I had set to alert me by email if a p[age is changed, once that is off the pages save quicky I was hoping to use this feature to keep an eye on new pages being created so I can provide feedbackl to our end users about best practice having this feature on results in pages takinhg 15-209 seconds to save 20 how can i get this working faster if I want to leave this feature on, or is it something I wil just have to leave off? | [12:00] |

| jonnyb | aha, i see - what were you using to send the emails? just sendmail? sdounds like there's a problem there (unless it was trying to send 100's of notifications) | [12:19] |
