[15:55] chibaguy I haven't been following the dev list emails about autotoc, but it seems to be broken in trunk. In a page with a simple headings assortment, the autotoc only displays h1 and h2 levels, ignoring lower levels.

[15:58] chibaguy What got me into it was trying to remove specific autotoc css for coloring, etc., and use Bootstrap dropdown-menu styles, to avoid css redundancy.
