so, the long story cut short is :
I've got a script which auto-publish the linuxmao articles on diaspora
it is using the RSS feed to achieve that
it didn't work with this article : http://linuxmao.org/article380-%C4%96ditorial-de-decembre-2018
and gave me error "500 : can't reach the RSS feed"
while I didn't change nothing and it was working previously
after searching for a while,
it appears that the bloody "strange E" character is the culprit here
Tiki doesnt change it to a "E" like it does with É or È
