Originally, the strasa theme had its own tiki-site_header.tpl, which simplified things a lot. :-|
Without that tpl, extreme measures are needed to position divs in all the browsers.
btw (another topic), I'm getting "Unknown column 'rootCategId' in 'where clause'" on tiki-admin_categories.php, due to workspaces, I think. Updating the db doesn't help. I wonder if anyone else has this problem. 		[14:12]

users can be banned from tiki features using the tiki banning feature
or flagging can be done in forums by "moderation" and "report user" i think 		[20:51]
