Another recommendation is to update to Tiki 14.0.

Guest30814So I will try that in just a second, but i should also mention that at the top of the preference page is says this: Version 13.1 is no longer supported. A minor upgrade to 13.2 is required.
then the next line says: Version 13.2 is still supported. However, a major upgrade to 14.0 is available. 		[15:25]

But it's kind of a transition time as Bootstrap was recently integrated and other developments, so there was some breakage along the way.
There are long-term support versions that are supported for a number of years.
Tiki 6, 9, 12, ....
They are stable but don't get the new features so often. 		[15:30]

chibaguyYou could do the 13.2 upgrade if it's any easier than the 14.0 one, to see if the problem is fixed. But otherwise I think it'd be good to go to 14
I haven't seen other reports of that problem, so it should be ok unless there's some specific problem at your server or Tiki installation.
