Arunrfwhats the different between Global and Wiki pages sections in toolbars - if Wiki Page is different to Global whioch takes priority [13:37]

So Wiki pages will always only show the Wiki toolbar even if global is different 		[13:38]

try dragging the bgcolor icon and save
that test worked for me
it shows in both, wysiwyg and wiki toolbars view mode too 		[13:39]
